Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 12 cup muffin pan or line with paper liners and set aside.
Mix together the flour, salt, sugar ,and baking powder into a large bowl. In a separate bowl combine the Greek yogurt, eggs, olive oil, vanilla, zest and juice. Add to the flour mixture.
Stir lightly with a fork just until moist, batter will be lumpy. Spoon into muffin cups, filling each cup about ½ full.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 16-20 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove muffins from pan to wire rack to cool. Once cool, glaze with Key lime glaze.
