Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers

A quick and easy hot appetizer that everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bag mini sweet peppers
  • 1 8 oz. block of cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2-3 tsp garlic powder
  • 1-2 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and cut peppers in half. Discard seeds.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together softened 1 8 ounce block cream cheese, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, and 2-3 teaspoons garlic powder with a hand mixer.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture onto pepper halves.
  • Sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and melted.
  • Serve immediately.
