mini dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat together 1 cup softened butter and 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar.
Add 2 teaspoons vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 1/4 cups all purpose f!our. Mix until dough comes together.
Stir in 1 cup dark chocolate chips.
Roll dough into one inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 8-12 minutes, just until cookies are lightly browned.
Allow to cool slightly, and then roll in remaining powdered sugar. If you want the cookies to be whiter, repeat.
Notes
Store covered in airtight container for up to 1 week.
Can be frozen. Simply reroll in confectioners sugar after you defrost at room temperature.
